The cover story for the Q2 2015 issue of The Source, the magazine for members of HealthTrust Purchasing Group, was a case study I wrote about Sisters of Charity Health System, based in Cleveland, Ohio. The system, which includes four wholly owned hospitals, faced numerous challenges upon its switch to HealthTrust, but a successful implementation spearheaded by the system’s vice president and chief procurement officer ensured a seamless transition and a quick return on investment.
